Domestic Shipping Policy – Curlvera

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment. Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high volume, processing may be delayed. If there's a significant delay in your shipment, we’ll notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to addresses within the US, US Territories, UK, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Curlvera is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during shipping. These costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
Curlvera is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Keep all packaging and damaged items for reference.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship outside the continental US or UK.

Incorrect Addresses & Refused Deliveries
We verify all addresses before shipping. If we can’t validate your address, we’ll reach out via email. If we’re unable to resolve the issue, your order will be canceled and refunded.

Curlvera is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missing or Stolen Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us at support@curlvera.com right away. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and involve local authorities if necessary. A replacement or refund will be issued after the investigation (please allow up to 21 days).

Shipping Delays
Due to high demand and ongoing supply chain disruptions, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing.
