We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
A restocking fee of $5 per returned order applies and will be deducted from your reimbursement.

Return Conditions After Use
We stand behind the performance of Curlvera. However, if you feel you saw minimal results after trying it, you must provide:

Before & After Photos: Clear, dated images of your hair before using Curlvera and after 30 days of use.

Usage Log: A short record of how often and how long you used the product each day.

Written Summary: A brief explanation of your experience, submitted along with your receipt.
These steps help us understand your situation and ensure you gave the product a fair try.
How to Start a Return
To begin, email us at support@curlvera.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions for how to ship it back.
Do not send back items without contacting us first—they will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon delivery so we can make it right. We may ask for photos to speed up the resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item, simply process a return and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no questions asked.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow time for your bank or credit card to post the refund.
